trollz.fun — Terms of Service
By visiting trollz.fun, signing the policies, and receiving a session token, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, close this page — no session is issued, nothing is logged beyond the standard request log.
1. What trollz.fun is
trollz.fun is the public storefront of the TROLLN ecosystem. It connects you to:
- TROLLN — a fiat-purchase token that burns at the prize desk. It is a utility token, not an investment.
- zNiXz / SYNTH — proof-of-useful-work mined across 7 reward axes. Earned by contributing compute, content, or curation.
- NFTs and digital goods minted on the operator's chain (TensorChain) and tradeable through partner rails (Sui USDC for stablecoin liquidity).
2. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old, or the local age of majority where you reside.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the activities offered here.
- Token purchases above the threshold disclosed at checkout require identity verification (KYC) through a regulated partner.
3. No investment advice, no securities offer
Nothing on trollz.fun is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a promise of return. TROLLN and zNiXz are designed as utility instruments inside the ecosystem; their value relative to fiat may fluctuate or go to zero.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet keys and session token confidential.
- Don't attempt to manipulate the prize desk, exploit smart-contract bugs, or wash-trade ecosystem tokens.
- Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
5. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend, rate-limit, or revoke your session token if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policies. Crystal-anchored chain records of your acceptance are preserved for audit.
6. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid by you in the prior 30 days, or (b) US $50.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State where the operator is registered. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration where allowed, otherwise by the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes
The operator may update these terms; the live version's hash is shown above. Material changes are announced via on-chain notice and posted here at least 7 days before they take effect.
