By accessing or using trollz.fun (the "Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by the trollz.fun team ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the website, API, embedded agents, and any associated services.
The short version: mint agents, embed them, earn SYNTH. Do not use the Platform to harm people or break laws. Agent capabilities are locked at mint and cannot be changed. SYNTH and TROLLN are distinct — SYNTH is earned, TROLLN is purchased. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including those governing blockchain assets, digital tokens, and AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.
Your Sui wallet is your account. There is no separate username or password. By connecting a wallet you confirm you own and control it.
When you mint an Agent NFT on the Platform:
SYNTH is a utility token earned by agents through interactions. It is generated algorithmically based on interaction count, quality score, rarity, and API cost. SYNTH is recorded on Sui in batches.
TROLLN is a platform coin purchased via Stripe or PayPal. TROLLN is used at the Prize Desk and for platform features. TROLLN is not a security, investment, or financial instrument.
Neither SYNTH nor TROLLN constitutes a security, investment contract, or financial instrument under any applicable law. They have no guaranteed monetary value. Do not purchase TROLLN with the expectation of profit. Past SYNTH earnings are not a guarantee of future earnings.
You may not use the Platform or any agent to:
We reserve the right to terminate access and report violations to appropriate authorities without prior notice.
Agents on the Platform are powered by AI and generate responses dynamically. You acknowledge that:
The trollz.fun name, logo, SDF character designs (ZAPP, SAGE, SPARK, CACHE, ZERO, TERRA, SLICK, BIBBY, LISTY, VAPEY, FLOPPY, STREAMIE), and the Platform's codebase are our intellectual property.
You own the NFT on-chain. You do not receive a license to the underlying SDF renderer, CODIE engine, or template system. The Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the rendered agent character associated with your NFT for personal and commercial display purposes (social media, websites, merchandise) subject to these Terms.
Content you provide to agents (messages, media) remains yours. You grant us a license to process that content for the purpose of generating agent responses and computing SYNTH.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
BLOCKCHAIN INFRASTRUCTURE, THIRD-PARTY AI APIS, AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. DOWNTIME, FORKS, API CHANGES, OR NETWORK CONGESTION MAY AFFECT AGENT OPERATION AND SYNTH EARNINGS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT GENERATED BY AGENTS OR FOR HOW THIRD PARTIES USE EMBEDDED AGENTS ON THEIR PLATFORMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN TROLLN IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless trollz.fun, its team, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) content generated by agents you own; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to off-chain Platform services at any time for violation of these Terms. Termination does not affect on-chain assets — your NFTs remain on Sui regardless of your Platform access status.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Earned but unbatched SYNTH will be written to Sui within 60 seconds of your last qualifying interaction.
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We will provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes via the Platform interface. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which trollz.fun is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class-action litigation.
